Information you choose to submit
If you choose to request a personalized Home Equity Rescue Report, the form collects the home address, estimated home value, estimated mortgage balance, approximate monthly payment, age range, intended use, name, email address, optional phone number, consent, and submission time. The site does not obtain a live property lookup, credit-report information, or lender information through this form.
How the site uses form information
The optional report-request form sends the information you enter to EquityNest’s internal lead workflow. It is used by the business team to review and respond to the request you intentionally submit. The site’s current code does not make a financial decision, issue an offer, or send your report-request form directly to a lender.
Website analytics
When enabled through site configuration, EquityNest uses PostHog to measure website usage. This may capture page views, interactions, campaign parameters, and browser identifiers stored through cookies or local storage. The report-request form remains separate from the instant estimate snapshot until you choose to submit it.
